Our Program
Our program will always begin with a virtual or in-person consultation where we will review your medical history, weight loss goals, lifestyle changes, diet, and exercise. We will discuss blood lab work and how different modalities of treatment can impact those levels. The weight lost per week correlates to the prescribed dose, your beginning weight, and lifestyle. We use oral medications and injectables such as GLP1s to reach your goals.
How Much Could I Lose
With proper diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes with the addition of Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, you may experience weight loss up to 20-30% in 4 months. Your weight loss amount will depend on your beginning weight.
Virtual or In-Office Appointments
Consultation may be completed via Telemedicine or via Office Visit. We will discuss treatment goals and decide on the most appropriate path to reach your goals. Monthly appointments are required do discuss goals and results, as well as to assess for any symptoms or reactions.
How to Get Started
1. You will need to schedule a consultation. The consultations can be an In-Person Office Visit or a Virtual Appointment.
2. Complete all the necessary paperwork which will be sent to your email upon scheduling the consultation.
3. Please have the following lab results within the last 3 months: CBC, CMP, TSH, HbA1C, Lipid Panel
4. I am also able to order the labs for you if you do not have a PCP or unable to get labs completed by a PCP.
5. Once the consultation is completed, you will be sent home with the medications or it can be mailed to you.
6. Follow up every 4 weeks to assess symptoms and results of the weight loss journey.
Cost
Consultation: $100 - Will be applied to your first month's treatment
Lab work: Approximately $150. If you have lab work from within the last three months, please bring those.
